Oltrepò Pavese DOC

Made from 100% Pinot Nero grapes using the cryo-maceration method, where must is left in contact with skins for 24 hours at a temperature of 4° C.

Soft pressing is then applied to separate the must from the pomace.

The wine thus obtained is straw-yellow in colour with greenish highlights, an intensely fine, fruity and persistent perfume, and elegantly rounded on the palate.
