Pinot Nero – Red Vinification

100% Pinot Nero grapes macerated in thermostatically-controlled stainless- steel vats for twenty days.

After must has been separated from pomace, only the fresh, free-run must is aged in Allier Tonneau for twelve months.

The wine is then aged for a further twelve months in bottle.

On the nose, Neo offers notes of vanilla and liquorice together with full fruity grapes. The flavour is rich and intense.
